Masters' UnionLedger · The MU Model
How we teach

The best way to learn business, it turns out, is to run one.

That's the whole idea. Everything here starts from one question: what if students actually did the thing?

01 / The model

Two columns, one ledger.

In your first month here, you're not memorising a definition of commerce — you're doing commerce. Real products, real customers, real revenue. The theory sits in one column, the trading it against reality sits in the other, and the two are reconciled every single week.

06 / The principles

Three entries we never write off.

“Traditional B-schools grade you on how well you understood the case study. We grade you on whether you became one.”
P-01

Revenue is truth

It tells you whether anyone wanted what you made. Everything else is a hypothesis until this number moves.

P-02

Margin is discipline

Revenue without margin is theatre. A business that can't keep money is a charity with extra steps.

P-03

NPS is the final exam

Would your customer do it again? Would they bring a friend? That is the whole report card, compressed into one number.

07 / Founder's note

A note from the founder.

Pratham Mittal, Founder, Masters' Union

We had one rule when we built this place.

Nothing you learn here should stay in the classroom.

Every concept has a real application. Every semester has a real business. Every grade has a real number behind it — one the market gave you, not us.

We don't prepare you for the real world. We put you in it from day one.
